A group of scientists at the University of Copenhagen, led by Dr. Pernille Strøbaek, published a scientific article named: "Let's Have a Cup of Coffee!" Coffee and Coping Communities at Work coming to the conclusion that coffee break is one of the most important driving forces in a workplace.

  •  Body wellness: Coffee gives you the energy that is required for recovering your strengths and continue the work you need to finish. 
  •  Socialization: However the most important aspect of a coffee break, which is often overlooked, is the benefit of social reconciliation. Having discussions with colleagues over a nice cup of coffee can lead to creativity increased. 
  •  Meaningful moments: In a coffee break you can take the time to exchange ideas, share your point of view on a topic and build meaningful relationships with your colleagues. Thus it can really lessen your stress levels 
  •  Benefits for the company: It is sensible that stress relief inevitably leads to increased creativity and productivity in a workplace. This results in goals achievement.
